If an included area has been missed, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it free of charge. This doesn’t cover permanent damage or issues from long-term neglect, such as severe mould or ingrained staining.
Optional Add-On
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Carpet steam cleaning and upholstery cleaning aren’t included in the standard end of tenancy price, but can be added to your booking. Our process uses a cleaning solution, carpet scrubber and hot-water extraction to loosen and lift dirt from deep within the fibres.
Professional carpet cleaning may be useful when a property has:
- Visible stains or trapped dirt
- Pet or food odours
- Heavily used bedrooms or living areas
- Cleaning requirements in the tenancy agreement
We can also clean selected upholstery, including sofas and mattresses. Complete stain removal can’t always be guaranteed — the result depends on the substance, fabric and how long the stain has been present.

Preparing for Your End of Tenancy Clean
Following these steps helps our cleaners deliver the best possible result.
- Remove personal belongings — the property should be fully vacant before we arrive.
- Empty cupboards & drawers — kitchen, bedroom, wardrobes & bathroom storage.
- Remove rubbish — rubbish removal & tidying aren’t included & may add charges.
- Defrost the freezer — at least 24 hours before, if booked for cleaning.
- Provide property access — arrange keys or entry instructions in advance.
- Keep utilities connected — running water & electricity are needed throughout.
- Arrange parking — free parking or a valid permit where possible.
- Leave a toilet brush — one in each bathroom, for hygiene reasons.

Our apartment prices start from £150 for a studio, while house cleaning starts from £210 for a one-bedroom house. The final price depends on the property size, condition and any add-ons selected.
Detailed cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, internal windows, cupboards, drawers, surfaces and floors. Oven, fridge, balcony, carpet steam and upholstery cleaning are available as add-ons.
A professional clean can help you return the property in an acceptable condition and improve your chances of getting your deposit back. However, the final decision is made by the landlord, letting agent or relevant deposit provider, and may also depend on damage, rent or other tenancy matters.
If we miss an included area, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it free of charge, subject to our service terms.
Oven cleaning is an optional add-on costing £50. Please request it when booking your end of tenancy service.
Standard carpet vacuuming is included. Professional carpet steam cleaning is an additional service and must be booked separately.
No. Our team brings the products and equipment required. We ask you to provide a toilet brush in each bathroom and ensure water and electricity are available.
You don’t need to remain at the property for the entire service, but someone must provide access. We also recommend arranging a final inspection once the cleaning is complete.
Our online booking form requests at least two days’ notice. For a last-minute clean, contact our office to check availability.
