This is completely dependant on the foot traffic, but we at Fresher Homes Cleaning believe that you should get your carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year. Households with pets or young children may benefit from a more frequent service. 

When exposed to good airflow, carpets should be expected to dry within a 3 hour timescale. Drying time is also affected by the carpet type, humidity and ventilation, so it is advised to keep your windows open to speed up the process. 

Our cleaning technicians will move light furniture to ensure a thorough clean. We recommend moving fragile or valuable items prior to the clean to avoid damage.   

We ask that you give a light vacuum to get surface level dirt off the carpet prior to the clean.

Common domestic stains such as animal accidents, food and drink should come off just fine, though we cannot guarantee the complete removal of a substance.
