These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Fresher Homes Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “us”). By booking a service you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide domestic cleaning services including regular cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and carpet & upholstery cleaning across London. The exact scope is agreed at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown are starting prices and may vary with the size and condition of the property. Any quote or estimate is indicative until confirmed by us in writing. Prices for optional extras are confirmed before the work begins.

3. Booking & cancellation

• Please give as much notice as possible when booking. We aim to confirm your slot promptly.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-access on the day may incur a charge.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at booking. Invoices (where applicable) are due as stated on the invoice.

5. Access & utilities

Please ensure our cleaners can access the property at the agreed time, and that running water and electricity are available. For regular cleans we may ask you to provide a mop, bucket and vacuum.

6. Our 48-hour guarantee

For end of tenancy cleans, if anything has been missed, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

7. Liability

We are fully insured and take great care in your home. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items not disclosed as fragile. Please report any concerns promptly so we can put things right.

8. Complaints

We want you to be delighted. If something isn’t right, contact us at office@fresherhomescleaning.com and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
